Acceptable experience

comfortable room thoughtful items non-dairy milk unwelcoming staff tired room worn mattress
I found many thoughtful items included. I appreciated robes and both dairy and non-dairy milk. The room felt clean and very comfortable. It was the best place I stayed .
The staff was not cute upon arrival. The service was not attentive and lacked organization. The rooms seemed very tired since my last stay. The bed felt worn with the mattress sloping into the centre.
